A note from David Schreiber about Business Resource Network Roundtable event.

Dear Local Partners,

Thank you for your continuing efforts to promote the first Wayne County Business Resource Network Roundtable event. We are excited by the overwhelming level of interest we are seeing about this event as reflected in the number of people who are checking it out through Eventbrite.

To ensure that any Wayne County business that is interested in attending chooses to attend, we have made the decision to waive the fee. We will be providing refunds to those who have already registered.

This is a great opportunity for you to send out an email blast or update to your social media posting to let businesses know that we are waiving the fee for this event. With a little over two weeks until the event, this is the time to remind your contacts to register.

We suggest that you say something like the following in your announcement, “The fee has been waived for Wayne County businesses and residents due to the overwhelming interest….”

Space is limited and we anticipate this event will fill up fast. Please advise your contacts that these complementary registrations will be on a first-come first reserved basis.

Sincerely,

David Schreiber

Subject: Promotional Video Spot for Wayne County Business Resource Network Roundtable

Dear Local Partners,

Thanks to all of you who have been helping to get the word out, we now have over 100 business people registered for our Wayne County Business Resource Network Roundtable on November 2nd.   This is great for a first time event but we still have a ways to go if we want to reach the goal of 200 attendees that was set when we met to plan this event.

I have something new to offer you for your continuing efforts to promote this event.  Our Wayne County Communication office has put together a fantastic 30 second promotional video that you can post to your social media, newsletters, web sites, etc….

Here is the link to the video on uTube:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eFlJlwlJf4M

I want to offer a big thank you to Comcast Business who will be showing this video on their cable network!  This is a great opportunity for our business community to learn about all of the great programs and services we in the public and non-profit sector provide to help them grow and be successful.  Thanks again for your help in promoting this event!

Sincerely,

David Schreiber
